Introduction
Unlike before, small-size products can also be marked or welded by laser machine. With the use of vision positioning system, the "small part" can be enlarged to "big part". As in the past, accuracy is hard to be controlled for the traditional marking machine, but it will no longer be a problem for the UV laser marking machine.Marking accuracy is no longer restricted by fixture accuracy. With the visual positioning system, the laser marking machine can mark precisely. At this time, the marking accuracy has nothing to do with the fixture. The angle and position of product placement are no longer constrained. No other requirements except place the product within the light output range of the laser machine lens.
Application
The laser wavelength is 355nm UV which will form very small spot(cold light). Therefore, it can greatly reduce the mechanical deformation of materials. It is mainly used for ultra-fine marking and engraving. It is very suitable for the marking and micropores of food, pharmaceutical packaging materials, glass materials and complex graphic cutting of silicon wafers.
