Introduction
The UV laser marking machine uses the pulsed UV laser. When the pulse width is less than 30ns, it can output peak power up to 25kW, and has high beam quality close to the diffraction limit, M2 < 1.5.The laser wavelength is 355nm UV which will form very small spot(cold light). It is of high cost performance with maintenance free. The all ultraviolet structure of the laser ensures the high reliability of the laser without any optical elements for collimation adjustment.The UV laser marking machine has the advantages of long service life, small size and is equipped with water cooling system, which can quickly cool the machine
Application
The laser wavelength is 355nm UV which will form very small spot(cold light). Therefore, it can greatly reduce the mechanical deformation of materials. It is mainly used for ultra-fine marking and engraving. It is very suitable for the marking and micropores of food, pharmaceutical packaging materials, glass materials and complex graphic cutting of silicon wafers
